A team from specialist printing firm, Callprint, has helped raise more than £9,000 at a charity golf event.
The team of four, comprising Matt Smith, Stephen Jolly, Sean Gamston and Arron Rutherford, was one of 18 that took part in the event at Patshull Park Golf Club near Wolverhampton on Thursday 10 May 2018 in support of the Compton Care hospice charity.
As well as entering a team in the competition, Callprint was one of the sponsors of the event, producing di-bond signs for the various holes – including a Callprint-branded sign for the 12th – the flyer to advertise the event and the programme for the day.
A dinner was held once the golf had concluded, which heard from former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager, Dave Jones, with two of the club’s former players, John Richards and Willie Carr also taking part in the event.
Matt Smith, Group Sales Director at Callprint, said: “At Callprint, we are always keen to make a difference, which made this a very special event to take part in.
“We are glad to have been able to contribute towards making the event such a great success, raising a significant sum for a very important cause.”
Callprint has seven locations across London and a further 13 locations across the UK, as well as a presence in the UAE and USA, from which it offers a range of specialist printing solutions.
